The team’s energy is at an all-time high as they prepare to defend their honor on the hallowed grounds of Thulani Block 4, selected as the hosting ground for this prestigious event.
The decision by the tournament organizers to choose our home ground is a testament to the prowess of Fathers and adds an extra layer of excitement for both the team and their loyal fans. Thulani Block 4, with its vibrant atmosphere and passionate supporters, is set to become the epicenter of Soweto football as the tournament unfolds.
After grueling training sessions, the dedication of the Fathers players goes beyond the pitch. Returning after training, the team diligently worked to prepare the soccer field, ensuring it is in pristine condition for the series of matches scheduled on the 21st of January 2024.
A total of four captivating games are set to take place, promising a day filled with skillful plays and fierce competition. The action kicks off at 10:00 am with Naledi Masters facing off against We Believe FC in the first game. Following closely at 11:30 am, Lookyland takes on Kagiso Porto FC in the second match. The third game, scheduled for 1:30 pm, features Gentlemen’s Club clashing with Zondi Masters FC. The highlight of the day, however, comes at 3:00 pm, as Fathers FC squares off against the formidable Rebel Masters.
