Procedural Breach and Contradiction of the 16 June Directive. On 16 June, the Executive was formally dissolved by the community and players, and all members were instructed to continue in their roles until a legitimate nomination and voting process was conducted.The structure published on 21 July 2026 directly contradicts that directive. It is presented as “temporary,” yet it constitutes a fully formed Executive with appointed leadership, assigned portfolios, and operational authority. 1. This is not transitional it is a complete Executive created outside any lawful or recognised process.2. Invalidity of the Announced Structure The appointments made are procedurally defective and legally void. Specifically: No notice of an election was issued. No nomination process was opened. No voting took place. No quorum was established. No constitutional clause authorises unilateral restructuring after dissolution. In the absence of these requirements, the structure announced on 21 July 2026 has no standing, no authority, and no recognition.3. Director’s Position and Non‑Recognition.My communication on 14 July referred solely to stepping away from membership of the dissolved Executive. It did not constitute resignation as Director, nor did it relinquish custodianship of Fathers Football Club assets.
